We were looking for a company that could help us build a sustainable web and mobile app for our organization and we found the right partner to help us with our goals

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The jumped into the communication from the day we reached out and it was a quick discussion over the phone and an amazing onboarding process that help us to decide quickly that this people are the right choice for us

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We wanted our mobile and web app to be high on user experience as most of our audience is around 40 or more than that age. Which we clarified at the initial meeting, They took us through a seamless process where they did all the prototyping before they even start the work and that gave us a screen by screen overview as what to expect.

And then the design was shown and we requested couple round of changes which was our team mistake but they happily supported and did it and then took us through the development process.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We have an overall team of around 6 people from project managers, designer and developers and on top Steve was always around and use to check with us personally at each step to make sure the team is delivering at their best.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We had a strict timeline and they helped us achieve the timeline though our team made some mistake at initial rounds and they had to make more changes which never pushed the dates. They went ahead of their comfort zone to get the project done on time.

Though we had a time gap the communication was seamless.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Overall it was an amazing experience and we have already received a quote for a large project we are working, And we are planning to move ahead with this second project with them starting next week.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

One small thing where it would have helped us better if some of the team member could have personally visited to Canada but with Covid around the situations arent right and Visa was an issue for the team still they managed to communication excellently.

I'm the Associate Manager for a SaaS base firm serving our clients with solutions to help grow their business.

We utilize DS Web to develop responsive Wordpress websites for our clients, which we have designed in-house - uniquely to each client. Our goal was to partially outsource our website builds for the sake of efficiency. Capital Numbers does great work in timely fashion.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was not involved with the selection process - their involvement with the company predates mine. However, I have been in a position to choose whether or not to retain their services and I have chosen to retain them.

We have an ongoing relationship with DS Web for developing our custom client websites. To date, they have been involved with literally dozens of these builds for multiple clients.

We have primarily worked with:

• Project manager
• WordPress developer
• Front-end coders
• Database guys
• UI/UX designers  

15 people in total.

We are well known in the industry for gorgeous client websites, and DS Web has been involved in the build (not design) of dozens of these.

We communicate with the developer daily via Slack and/or email, and with the Project Manager as needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They do efficient work, done correctly the first time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I have no disappointments in their work.
