My company is selling proprietary digital HR solution to mid to large corporations. I am the founder the company.

I hired them to develop the front end and admin platform of my mobile application both for iOs and Android.

What were your goals for this project?

My goals were to have a digital solution that technically and esthetically reflect my original idea.

I was referred to them by a friend.

Following an initial meeting to explore our needs we received a detailed proposal and a quote. We accepted that and defined the milestones and deadlines of the development stages.

First the iOS version was ready and we did a beta testing, while they were developing the Android as well. Following the testing fine-tuning was necessary to make sure that all technical bugs are corrected.

What was the team composition?

I was assigned a project manager and we kept close contact throughout the project. He brought on the experts into our discussions to make sure that we always have the answers at hand.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The mobile app is ready for both iOs and Android. It runs seemlessly.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It has been a close and good collaboration.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I found their approach and willingness to go out of their way to develop it the way we requested very refreshing. They didn’t simply execute the tasks but brought their own ideas to the table.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I find that improvement of expectation management is on the way.

I'm the CEO of Neatly. Neatly provides laundry services. Clients can also rent household linen such as duvet cover or bed sheet.

We wanted to build a simple website where all our services are listed and customers can easily order our services.

After we selected Drukka Digitals, we told them about our objectives and target audience. They designed our website based on a UX research and once we received the user feedbacks the changes were implemented. The development of the website started afterwards.

One project manager managed our project within the team. One UX and UI designer, one back end and one front end developer were involved.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The website was done within 2 months.

It was effective as we had a weekly meeting in the office and talked through each change. They also reached out to us when a certain milestone was reached.

The team is really friendly and you can sense that people are happy to work there.

We aimed to build a safe application therefore we needed a system supporting this goal. We hired Drukka Digitals to develop our web app by using blockchain technology. They also took charge of the design itself.

The goal of ChainTrack is to provide a tool which helps users make sure their email was sent and opened. This way they can prove the recipient that they have sent their message.

It was no question that I should work with them, since they provide the most innovation-centric development with their experience of many startups.

We explained Drukka Digitals our idea then we discovered the possibilities of building a reliable system. Once we decided to use blockchain technology, the UX/UI team started working on our design. After that the development team picked up the task and developed the website.

Three UI/UX designers, one full stack developer, two iOS developers and one Android developer were involved, and one project manager managed the project.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The project was delivered in time. We received a product that matches the needs of our target audience. We accompanied the whole process, gave feedback constantly. In the end, we got a product that really met our conception and matches the needs of our target audience.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We communicated on a regular basis.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The developers are up to date with any technologies. Using blockchain technology didn't cause headache for them but they could implement it quickly.
