Dragon Scale have designed fresh and modern admin panel used by parking spot/car park and EV charging points owners to manage them - set availabilities, prices, access permissions, etc. Main target was to increase user experience and visual and logical clarity on the functions available in the panel comparing to the initial panel version developed by our company (that was unfortunately ugly and not intuitive for end users).

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have received fully functional admin panel that was really well percieved by the end users - especially those who have already used its initial version. All of them stated without hesitation that it is now more modern and all functions are aggregated and presented in intuitive way.

Items were delivered on time. We had interactive cooperation and every feedback from our side was instantly read and discussed leading to a valuable suggestions of changes in the design.

I am a project manager at a company that offers programming, testing and design courses. I am in charge of maintaining the UX/UI course created by Dragon Scale.

For what projects/services did your company hire Dragon Scale?

Dragon Scale helped us create a UX/UI course from scratch. Our goal was to create a course that would help our students become Junior UX/UI desingers in the future.

How did you select this vendor?

We found the owner of the company - Filip through Linkedin. He was characterized by great experience, open-mindedness and an interesting approach to the project. We also saw Filip's portfolio, which cleared our doubts.

The project consisted of developing a UX/UI course from scratch. The company approached the subject very professionally. At the beginning we met for an interview to discuss what we needed, after gathering our requirements we got a sample course program, after discussing it we chose the best option for us and the company proceeded.

At the end we received a finished course, full of substantive materials and interesting projects. The result of the work has satisfied our customers. We have continued to work with them to maintain the project.

All material is available only to students who have purchased our course. For this reason, we do not make it visible to all.

I think we worked very effectively. We set priorities and requirements. Everything was implemented to our liking.

Commitment and knowledge of the team. I definitely recommend this company if you are looking for qualified and competent people with an open mind and creativity.

I needed help with a project that I couldn't handle. Consultation and assistance in implementation (because the time was very important for me).

I searched online fot the best UX/UI designers in my area. That was important for me because sometime is very helpful to meet together and just discuss about the problems in real life. On the other hand, I came across Dragon Scale on recommendation. And I don't regret this decision. They turned out to be very professional in what they offer.

My project focused on redesigning an online electronics store. Dragon Scale helped me go through the 5 stages of Design Thinking together. They helped me with everything step by step. Until the summary and official premiere.

Filip was assigned to my project. And it was a pleasure to work with him. He is a great designer (as can be seen in his designs at the agency) and a very well-organized person.

Yes of course!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We were practically in touch all the time. There was never a time when we didn't get along. Of course, there were differences in visions and opinions, but it all turned out to be a plus - as shown in the final project. Filip was great at having a conversation and arguing his design decisions with numerous research results. And I appreciate him for that!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Individual approach to the client, very detailed analysis of the client (and his business), great empathy, a head full of ideas (even for their implementation!) as well as product tests and iterations - this is a recipe for success for both sides!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I have no comments at the moment. I am very happy to use their services again.
