I’m the director of construction at a high-end, London-based residential design and build company. We build extensions, renovations, and new builds.

We needed help with branding, logo, and website design and development. We also needed help launching and managing our social media channels.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Draft & Deploy provided us with branding, logo, and website design and development. The team also helped us launch and manage our social media channels. The team started the process with discovery and positioning to understand the market, competitors, and our strongest differentiators. From there, they created mood boards and visual direction to define typography, color, layout, and imagery style.

Draft & Deploy also provided UX planning, site structure, page flow, and clear calls to action to drive inquiries. The team provided UI design and created clean, premium layouts designed for scanning and trust building. Draft & Deploy also built the website, provided responsive development, performance optimization, and launch QA. The team created a content system that made it easy to add projects and update pages over time.Lastly, Draft & Deploy set up and managed our Instagram account. The team provided visual consistency, post templates, and content direction aligned with the website.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We had positive comments from existing clients. We also received three new inquiries through the site and six through Instagram. We also saw a 40% increase in website traffic within two weeks of the launch. We also received positive comments from partners we work with, including architects, project managers, developers, and quantity surveyors.

How did Draft & Deploy perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered on time. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.
