As part of the project deliverables, DNYC Ltd has assisted with the development of key internal policies and regulatory documentation required for licensing purposes. They've also contributed to financial projections and business planning materials to support license applications and strategic decision-making.

In addition, they provide ongoing strategic guidance to management and the board to help refine our expansion direction and regulatory planning. The scope included:

UX & Conversion Funnel Assessment: A deep dive into user behavior and interface interactions to uncover friction points and identify high-value opportunities for conversion funnel optimization.
