BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the CEO of the sole proprietorship. I manage transportation and delivery. Our services, beside transportation, include printing services.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire DNG Studio, and what were your goals?

For this particular project, we needed two websites for our secondary services - printing. We needed one website for t-shirt print on demand and another for stickers and canvases. Our main goal was encouraging customers to order online.

How did you select DNG Studio and what were the deciding factors?

We already had ongoing relationship with DNG Studio and we knew they were capable of completing this project.

We started off with a meeting where we described our exact goals. The websites needed to be clean and simple to use. Another requirement was good positioning on Google search. Their go-to solution was Woocommerce with Yoast SEO.

They implemented those solutions and combined them with some of our custom requirements.

How many people from the DNG Studio team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Two people worked actively on this project. One developer worked on deploying the solution to the servers and SEO. Another worked on design and user interface.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After the project was completed, we started getting orders in the first few days. Customers easily adapted to the print on demand solution and the deliverables were ready to print.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Most of the project was done on their side. We felt really confident they were going to meet our expectations and they didn't need someone looking over their shoulders. We arranged weekly online meetings and we met few times in person.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing they've done is that they knew what we were looking for from the beginning. We didn't need to remind them of the details and the results were impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We don't think that they did something that needed further adjustments.
