We initially looked forward to multiple vendors but the flexibility, support and the talent of the team technically to create customized solutions made us to choose Digital Jalebi.

We created a web based platform having features like - Best in class, custom designed OTT experience for Healthcare Professionals. Host events & archive content systematically for medical practitioners to learn at their ease. Smart recommendations engine and analytics to get better over all output.

How many resources from the Digital Jalebi team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A project manager is our main point of contact throughout the process. There are also 2 web developers and a design team of 2 members through the entire development cycle.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The platform has been a great value add for making possible virtual event with ease and better engagements. Around 80% of organizations events are hosted or streamed on this platform.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have 2 weekly calls, one on Project review and another on brainstorming. Project review calls includes all the functional stakeholders and brainstorming calls include all the Technical stakeholders.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The support & flexibility of the team & a positive attitude to the feedbacks for improvement has been a key reason for a growing parternship.

Not really. They know their roles and responsibilities well.

Create a customized marketplace to sell and buy music tunes. With features like uploading tunes as a producer to getting approved from an admin. Buyers can add/play and then use strip to buy tunes.
