They were no hidden charges. Everything was communicated well before time. Documents were shared that speaks alot about their professionalism. Time to time meetings were conducted to  discuss the progress.  Their professionalism is impressive. If I have to start  up my company I would look up to them for their professionalism

The documentation and clarity in defining the charges.  Terms and condition were communicated well before time. A  smooth and comfortable process was conducted with the focus on target...

Additionally, while the agency focused on core platforms like Instagram and Facebook, expanding their efforts to other relevant channels like TikTok or YouTube could unlock new audiences and diversify our reach. We were planning to launch a new food chain in the market, and required a reliable and experienced agency for our brand creation from scratch. From Brand creation to properly marketing the our products so that locals could be aware of our brand. Plus we needed an in-house software solution for our restaurant management system.

We came to know Discret Digital via acquaintance, who is their one of their clients, vouched for their services, we reviewed their portfolio and decided to move on with them.

They took everything professionally, First of all brand creation, Identity creation, we had series of meetings before finalising any thing, and they were really cooperative, on the side they were also developing our management system, they really took care of everything. and their effective launching strategies, helped our brand to create a spark in the locality.

Whole team was involved in the project, from their CEO to marketing managers and software development leads.

The result was quite satisfactory, with their amazing strategies, locals were lined up before the opening and we were sold out in just 3 hours of opening.

The team is really efficient and responsive, their swift response to changes and weekly meetings to keep us updated, and satisfied with their project completions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Well, they are really responsive, if we are stuck in any part they help us out, manage out business as if their own. and fully indulged themselves in it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I believe, services wise they are keeping the standards, following standard procedures, but they can work on their deliveries, sometimes they take 1-3 extra days to meet the deadline, with is fine for me as there was no loss in it.
