Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the founder and CEO of SolusGuard. We provide hardware and software safety solutions to businesses to keep their employees safe.

What challenge were you trying to address with Dimonoff?

We hired Dimonoff to act as the hardware department of our startup. They do everything: building, managing, operating, and ensuring the quality of our hardware and firmware technology.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Dimonoff more frequently helps us with scaling and troubleshooting our product, ensuring that it’s ready for growth. They cover a large, extensive range of projects for our company.

What is the team composition?

There are about 3–4 people working with us: Eric (VP Business Development), Cedric (Technical Solutions Director), Jerome (Software & Firmware Lead), and Nicolas (Software Developer).

How did you come to work with Dimonoff?

Dimonoff had acquired Amotus, the company we had been working with for years. We saw no reason to leave, so we continued the partnership.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested at least $250,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in 2015, and the engagement is still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Dimonoff has allowed us to grow in scale. We’re an early-stage startup, but they’ve worked with us to help us grow our business line and customer base.

How did Dimonoff perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is very good. We typically communicate through email. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

What makes Dimonoff different from other providers is their ability to provide end-to-end services. They can do everything; we don't have to go to multiple companies to achieve our objectives. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

We could have more consistency in terms of the technical people who work on our project. However, this is probably not fair to say as it is hard to achieve when working over a number of years.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be open-minded and allow Dimonoff to do what they do best.
