RIDESAFE is the embedded device that integrates your motorcycle to Internet Of Things, making your rides safer and giving you in-depth reports of your travels. RIDESAFE was born to increase driver safety, to be available worldwide and to be compatible with every type of motorcycle.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Ridesafe has 3 verticals as features (emergency call, anti-theft and performacy tracking) and Diligentpixel was able to cover them all in their work. They started with a roadmap and UX (with some CX) for the app and the overall customer experience and managing user expectations. Their tasks were: 

• Designed the website 
• Designed the app (Android and iOS) 
• Worked on the indiegogo crowdfunding campaign
• Ongoing social media content 
• Online and ofline materials
• Helped us with pitching the startup in order to get investment (which Ridesafe did) 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Ridesafe got the VC investment (we think it was from a mix of business plan and brand strategy) without actually having the product launched or clients onboarded. The brand launch was a success in the local and national motorcycle groups (some good international feedback too).

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They delivered in advance things we did not seem very useful at a time (like a brand book and brand story with attached executions) but in the end we realised that those saved a lot of time and were things that we had no idea they are needed, and we just had them handy as the need appeared.

What was your primary form of communication with Diligentpixel?

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

That is easy: adaptability (versatility). We had no clue what to do, and they always seemed to be one step ahead of our needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Diligentpixel could have done differently?

They managed to exceed our expectations and delivered things we had no idea that that we needed. We already consider them as partners in our project because the investment wouldn't have happened without them. So short answer: No.

We hired Alex and his team at Diligent Pixel to help us getting our product to market. They provided us with market research and assisted us in identifying verticals and setting up a marketing strategy.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We recently launched our product, and while we are still in the early stages and haven't established specific KPIs yet, we were pleased to achieve the clarity needed to successfully launch both our product and its initial marketing campaign.

They delivered on time even though at times they were blocked by having to wait for us to provide our input.

I was impressed with their insights and ability to think outside the box. I particularly appreciated how they challenged conventional approaches and consistently provided simple yet effective solutions.
