The solutions that were initially offered to be inefficient and problematic. We had hacks and DDOS attacks on our websites because DigiWay couldn't construct good defence mechanisms, the design had to be fully changed resulting in huge costs and delays in task completion from DigiWay really slowed down the work of SEO team and marketing team.

What's the status of this engagement?

We finished partnership in August 2026. After we worked with another partner for 2 months I finally see how many problems occured because of Digiway's inexperienced and inefficient approach

The initial design that DigiWay offered turned out to be problematic and inefficient. We had to completely redesign the whole web-site which resulted in extra $10k+ costs

In what ways can they improve?
I suggested it many times to them. They need to rearrange their project management team, keep up with the deadlines (some tasks have been delayed for more than 3 months) and increase the qualifications of WEB-development team. We were provided with inefficient solutions that had to be fully reconstructed, resulting in huge costs.
What advice do you have for clients with similar needs to yours?
Look for other partners, compare the portfolios, compare the pricing and definitely talk about problems all the time.

We collaborated with DigiWay on the development of an ERP system for a medical diagnostic center.The purpose of the project was to streamline the workflow of ultrasound doctors by enabling them to upload reports and generate AI-based medical conclusions automatically. DigiWay was fully responsible for the frontend development, including the design and implementation of the user interface. 
Their work covered: secure login and registration for doctors,intuitive interface in Polish,structured forms for patient data,organ selection checkboxes,integration of AI results into Word report templates,compliance with GDPR requirements on the data handling side.The deliverables were completed according to our requirements, and the collaboration allowed us to achieve a professional and user-friendly interface tailored to the medical context.

Our work consisted of the following stages:

1. Detailed briefing and analysis of our request.

8. Acceptance and handover of the project. At each stage, we were kept informed of the progress, actively participated, and contributed to the development, which gave us a sense of full immersion and teamwork. 

At every stage, we were surrounded by professionals. For instance, during the design phase, we learned a lot about design systems, the proper placement of buttons, and the importance of structure. In the development phase, we were involved in the process and explained the current tasks and their significance. 
This was extremely positive for us, as we had no prior experience in development and appreciated such a high level of communication. The project manager was always available and very prompt in providing information whenever necessary.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The main criterion for success for us was a functioning website that met our requirements in terms of appearance and functionality. Looking ahead, this goal was successfully achieved!

The project management was of the highest standard. We were given access to the task manager Asana, where we could track the progress of tasks in real time. This was also convenient for communication on specific issues, as we could discuss nuances directly in the task card. 
Additionally, we had access to Figma, where the designer provided layouts, which eventually led to the final design. For general communication, we were offered the choice of a preferred messenger, which was very convenient as we didn't have to adapt and chose Telegram as our main messenger. Our project manager was always available during working hours on Telegram.

The attention to detail and the desire to deliver the highest quality was a real game-changer for us. We were impressed by the team's level of engagement and the number of ideas we received throughout the project.
