BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the National Project Coordinator for the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) in The Gambia. UNIDO addresses the energy needs and growing waste management problems in The Gambia in-line with the country’s National Communications and Technology needs.

For what projects/services did your company hire DigiTech Solutions?

We hired DigiTech to create promotional materials to bring awareness of UNIDO project results and achievements.

What were your goals for this project?

We had goals of producing promotional and visual tools to inform national stakeholders and a greater audience, as well as disseminate success stories at major regional and international events.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We advertised the project on local newspapers and the National tender portal. DigiTech was selected out of three shortlisted vendors based on their presentation and extensive experience.

Once we selected this vendor we had a project overview consultation to review existing materials and information. Shared ideas on the development of a promotional video and knowledge materials.

What was the team composition?

DigiTech assigned us a project manager and a designer who worked closely with us the whole time and still do.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

DigiTech delivered products the far exceeded our expectations. They produced two.promotional videos consisting of a 5min long version and a 1min 35sec short version. Project brochures both printed and digitally. 4 pull-up banners themed after our project. Photo stills and video footage gallery for use in future documents.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The DigiTech team kept a great line of communication throughout our dealings and kept us in the loop the whole time. There are professional and a pleasure to work with.
