We were founded in 2017 with active and popular social media (Facebook, Instagram and YouTube). We reached out to Digitando in search of a simple, but complete website in which we can create a unique space for our dancers (and potential new dancers) where they can reach: all the newest info about the studio, schedule of dance lessons and performances, info and contacts of dance teachers, choreographies and dance videos, photos from our shows and performances as well as reviews and contact info.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Timeline: We had a strict deadline.
New dancers: Since we setup an online form for new dancers, we have had 25 new dancers join our studio.
Communication and informing: We have had 40% less direct questions and problems since the information could be found online.
Media presence: Local media downloads pictures and info directly from our site, so our media presence has doubled in comparison to 2020

The team was very well organized and we knew exactly who to contact depending on the issue at hand. They had amazing questions at the beginning of our cooperation so they understood our vision perfecty and had great ideas and solutions for parts of the website (choreography presentation for example).

They were patient while waiting on content, but responded quickly when it was time for implementation. We had some last minute changes which were incorporated effectively.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were experts in their field — they explained ideas and solutions simply and clearly. We have worked with IT companies before and the communication was hard because we had trouble explaining what we need structurally. Digitando team showed us many possibilities and options and took our "we would love for it to look like that *insert example from a different site*" seriously and created an upgraded version of it, which was perfect for us. :)

Are there any areas for improvement or something Digitando could have done differently?

Our site was somewhat simple so we really had no time or possibility to get to a rough patch or have an issue. Everything went smoothly. :)
