I am a dentist and I have my clinic setup in Chembur, Mumbai

For what projects/services did your company hire Digitally Social - Digital Marketing Agency in Mumbai, and what were your goals?

We never had no idea about branding/marketing. We wanted someone to assist us in taking our business to next level leveraging digital technologies.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We shortlisted digitally social because of multiple reasons. Firstly, The company responded quickly and followed up time to time for updates. They also quoted us reasonably and helped us in identifying gaps in our business model that can help us save and channelize capital in the right direction. Another reason why digitally social was on the top of the list was because of their office location. The agency is located in chembur, Mumbai which makes it very convenient for both the parties to interact on regular basis.

The tenure with Digitally Social kicked started in July 2021 where they first developed our website and established our social presence. The Second Phase started in the month of September where the agency helped us in creating awareness in target proximity. and finally the last phase was from December. At this stage they helped us in scaling by developing strong digital relationships with our patients and by creating a strong brand image in the market.

The point of contact was Mr. Gaurav their relationship associate and Mr. Shlok was the artist backstage who crafted business strategies, created unique in-bound Marketing Models and ensured the work was done with supreme quality in timely manner.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They crafted an amazing website for us that simply gave a facelift to our brand (Clinic). Also, great results in terms of web traffic and inquiries (Leads) where also seen. They also did a great job by establishing our social media presence.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The flow was as smooth as it could be. They updated us with weekly report every Friday in-person. And we had result evaluation meeting at the end of every month.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their honesty and their approach to work were impressive. I have never seen anyone in my 12 years of Industry experience work so hard and with such a passion. Shlok is an inspiration this is all I can say.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Digitally Social needs to expand their business across State. As of today (May 2022) they are limited to Mumbai's Market!
