I am working as a Marketing Manager at a food processing machinery company (LAKIDIS SA ) that produces industrial machines and making exports in a worldwide level .

We would like to establish Lakidis Brand as a top industrial solution in the field of food processing . Searching for new leads , creating opportunities in new markets , giving feedback to our worldwide dealers ( 30 agencies worldwide ) and growing together with them ! One more challenge - and the most important - was to successfully manage our list of contacts -- all by one source.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After a long search among digital agencies , we selected Digitale. The word of mouth worked on this case as they have a success story in Greece since we met their team! After our first conversation with Clio & Manos ( the 2 co-founders ) we decided to trust them and start this journey into the digital world and write our own -tale with Digitale :)

First, we went through a discovery phase to share our vision, our our thoughts about the future and our current situation. Then, they integrated our Mailchimp account into Hubspot so that we can manage all our contacts , tracking everything  from our

• manage social media campaigns 
• taking reports 
• creating templates 
• sequences to follow up

Digitale team also support us with Google As & Albacross campaigns in order to increase lead generation and advertising efficiently. In our monthly video calls we are also creating effective plans for our social media campaigns.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We handle our contact lists much more efficiently than ever before. Our list of contacts, prospects, opportunities, qualified leads is growing successfully year by year . The tools suggested by Digitale helped our Marketing and Sales team work together efficiently !

Regardless of our geographical distance, as we are located in different cities in Greece, we are working closely on every project . Video & phone calls helps us to define our goals & training our team on new product updates & marketing trends .
