Due to my company privacy policy, I can't reveal my company name but I can say my company is a medium size real estate company in Delhi. We develop some real estate projects in North Delhi area and my role is the digital marketing manager in this company. Focusing on digital growth and increase the flat booking count through digital marketing.

I hired Digital Strategy Consultants for increasing the number of flat bookings. Due to budget restrictions, DSC experts team recommended to use SEO channel to analyze the half yearly growth.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I found this company through online search and I also asked for the quotation from other vendors as well. As DSC quoted the best price as per our marketing budget , we selected DSC as our digital marketing agency in India.

As per the business requirement, we had to increase our numbers of flat bookings. DSC team introduced all 3 channels at initial level to reach our goals within 3 months but the package price was high initially. After our budget consideration, DSC team suggested to use SEO as they are the best SEO agency in India and our budget was also matching. From SEO plans like On-page, off-page and content marketing with different SEO campaigns like: blog promotions etc.

Along with our team, DSC team had 4 specialists working with me in this period. However, Piyush was heading from their side and guided us every week to show the performance of our SEO campaigns.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After 6 months, we have almost reached our goals through SEO. our flat bookings have increased by 30%. It is all about their SEO deliverables and plans which they delivered on time.

We had a weekly meetings to discuss about the deliverables and monthly meetings to check the performance. They used 2 SEO tools to measure the data (visitors and ranking position) and also provided the customized dashboard for our business.

Their SEO expertise was quite impressive as they know how to enhance organic growth based on the business category. Also their approach was really good to start through basic to advanced level SEO activities.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

If they can reduce their package pricing that can help more medium level companies to get the digital marketing services.
