Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the marketing manager at Visio Lending, a lender for real estate investors that provides loans for rent-ready rental property.

What challenge were you trying to address with Digital Stairway?

We hired Digital Stairway to help us maximize our Google Ad spending.

What was the scope of their involvement?

At the beginning of our engagement, we provided Digital Stairway with a brief overview of the Google Ads we’d run previously in-house and our overall goals for the partnership. From there, Digital Stairway put together a comprehensive strategy and has been managing our Google Ads campaigns since.

We’ve recently paused our ad spending because we have more demand for our business than available resources. However, Digital Stairway will resume our campaigns once we expand our resources.

What is the team composition?

I only work with Joel (Founder and Chief Creative Officer).

How did you come to work with Digital Stairway?

I found Digital Stairway through my professional network. They were a good fit for our company because they were a small firm and we’d work directly with their CEO. Other firms we talked to would’ve just passed us off to an account manager.

How much have you invested with them?

Digital Stairway’s fee increases with our ad spend. The most we’ve ever spent per month with Digital Stairway was $12,000, and the lowest was $2,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We first started working with Digital Stairway in January 2019 and our engagement is ongoing.
