What challenge were you trying to address with Digital Square Limited?

We needed help with marketing to increase sales.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Digital Square Limited handled our digital marketing, marketing strategy, and traditional marketing. They handle our social media pages and manages our print advertising. We had some of our advertisements on buses and they handled that campaign. For social media, they do Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

Their team also looks into the rebranding of our business as well as manages our brand ambassadors and sponsors. They take care of the graphic design, IT, branding, and the way we present ourselves. Digital Square Limited also does our videography, AdWords, as well as YouTube and TV. Their team also did our newsletters. They worked with all the media houses and handled the blog and press release aspect of our business.

How did you come to work with Digital Square Limited?

I met one of their staff members during my travels. We introduced ourselves and talked about what we do. We got talking about digital marketing and I found out they worked for Digital Square Limited. I asked for a meeting to have a discussion. I chose them because of their work ethic. They always came to deliver the best and were very open to critique.

How much have you invested with them?

We invested $20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from February 2019–January 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our Instagram account gained over 20,000 followers and we received more engagement. Even our customers noticed someone different was handling the change. We received good feedback from our customers and vendors. At least five people started engagements with Digital Square Limited after seeing their work with us.

Our sales increased due to their efforts. There was huge brand awareness because people kept sending us pictures of what they were seeing about our brands. It made people view our brands differently and in a positive way. For that reason, I’ll be working with them again next month. I trust them.

How did Digital Square Limited perform from a project management standpoint?

They were timely and very clear with their plans. Digital Square Limited is quite sensitive to the nature of the work that we do. They were even involved at some points that had nothing to do with them. Their team always wanted to see how their efforts would impact the whole project. A few of their people often came to our office for meetings. There was a lot of brainstorming. I never felt disappointed. They’ve always managed their time well. We mostly communicated through email and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

One thing I loved about them is they were very interested in ensuring everything they did lead to sales. They were always checking back and trying to analyze the impact of some of the actions that they suggested. Their team was flexible in making adjustments. After our contract had ended, they continued to check on our business. I’m going to work with them again because we’re coming up with a different brand. They made a good impression on how much they sincerely care for us and the growth of our business.

Digital Square Limited is timely and always kept the time. They did what they said they would do. There are times I’d advise them on designs and they were quick to make any corrections I wanted. Their team has an attitude that they’re always there to serve and make me feel comfortable with what they do. I feel free and it’s easy for me to critique them because they take it really well. I’m not an easy person to please when it comes to design.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing that they need to work on. They should keep expanding and finding different types of designers.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be ready to give them your time. They’re not just going to sit down and wait for you to follow them. They’ll wait on you.
