For what projects/services did your company hire Digital Spread, and what were your goals?

We were at the online presence stage of our website especially in social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), Digital Spread helped us achieve that by setting a marketing strategy that covers our needs and the geographic and demographic audience that we want to target.

How did you select Digital Spread and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online for a marketing agency that fit our needs and has a good reputation and the most important is to be near to our location in Tangier Morocco for easy communication.

First, we wanted to give an online presence to our brand using social media websites, Digital Spread helped us achieve that by targeted campaigns in the major social sites like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. that couldn't be done without good creative designs for our Adsets and a good targeting especially that we are targeting an audience that hard to convert which is (18-30) age range in MENA region.

Secondly, Digital Spread helped us scale up the campaigns for better results and a better conversion by analyzing the data and testing campaigns that fit our needs.

How many resources from the Digital Spread team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with a team of five people, a content writer, a Designer, social media specialist, a data processor, and a team coordinator.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The social media campaigns were too successful and match our goals, we got, as a result, a reach of 2 million people on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, in addition to 200k interactions of our posts, 65% conversion rate of our click-to-action buttons. overall we got good results.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between our team and Digital Spread team was great, especially the round table in which the whole team sits to listen to what you want and what you want to achieve and share their experiences with you and their advice before starting work, an effective team and listen well and this is what we often do not find.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about Digital Spread is the round table in which the whole team sits to listen to what you want and what you want to achieve and share their experiences with you and their advice. They have delivered the work as we have wanted, and the team has helped us achieve our goals and more.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could have done a survey after finishing the job to know out feedback about their services instead of requesting feedback by email which is not very precise, but overall they are a great agency.
