Every engagement starts with a test: real buying questions run through ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini with live web search, and you get the transcripts, not a summary. Then we diagnose why you are missing (crawler access, structured data, content a machine can quote, and the directories and reviews these systems cite) and do the fixes ourselves. Progress is re-measured monthly against the same questions.
The work is done by the owner, Lance Rankin, MBA, using AI to handle the volume, so there are no account managers or hand-offs. We also build fast, technically clean websites on Cloudflare. Our published case study covers a 26,000-product e-commerce site we own. We work with manufacturers, industrial and B2B firms, construction and trades, professional services, and service businesses in any market, anywhere in the world.

Our method was built on a business we own. Running a 26,000-product online store, we watched AI assistants start answering the questions that used to send buyers to Google, so we built a way to test what they say and fix it.
