I’m the business services executive of a communication agency.

What challenge were you trying to address with The Digital Monkeys Ltd?

We needed to roll out a digital portal for a campaign.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

After explaining our requirements for execution, they familiarized themselves with the campaign and built the portal. The solution is robust, able to handle incoming traffic, is easy to update, and has SEO done for it. We left the technical specifications up to them.

What is the team composition?

We worked with three people including a project manager and two individuals working on the technical stuff, one of whom was a coder.

How did you come to work with The Digital Monkeys Ltd?

I previously worked with them at a different company. They had delivered beyond expectations, and I wanted to work with them again.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from July–September 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We gained quite a bit of traction, but I don’t have any exact numbers. It was a good delivery of basic and critical information.

They did very well. Their team took the time to understand the campaign and project before beginning. We communicated multiple times daily.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They do quality work and pay attention to detail. Without their good project management, things would fall apart. They quickly turned things around when needed and showed interest in the overall success of the campaign.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there is nothing major they need to work on.

Immerse them in the project so they have all the information they need to deliver a quality product.
