We hired Digital Kangaroos for our Shopify website development and digital marketing solutions. Our goals were to increase the website traffic and our sales.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our objectives and goals. After that, their team prepared the whole workflow around it and prepared the demo within a week. There were regular meetings and we got our up and running website in less than a month.

After the site went live, it not only affected our website traffic but also increased our online sales around 3x. Thanks to the landing page, that conversion rate is pretty good.

It was pretty smooth, we used to meet twice in a week and everyone in their team was on the same page. It was a pretty transparent process. We often used zoom for the meetings.

The value for money we got here is really impressive. Not only they delivered a professional site but also were kind enough to train our employees for basic functionality of the backend.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really. There were some issues initially when the site went live but they fixed them up as soon as we iterated it to them.
