Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Managing Director for Moajbazar.com, it is a quite Unique Ecommerce Model, in which we have Amazon Type layout and modules.

For what projects/services did your company hire Digital Genei, and what were your goals?

We thought that we might have to hire in-house team members, because it was a lot to do, lot to design and ask for, but they made it so so easy, we did not have to think for any alternative any day anytime.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

This company helped us in creating our vision into a platform now. We have Grocery in the future and right now we are selling Apparel, We have Vendor Membership Module as well.

We had 3-4 meetings before, and we wanted them to understand the scope of our project modules, they took notes in all meetings and the best part was they always came up with creative solutions next time, they first created the complete mockup design, we passed that to pursue further.

Danial the CEO and Sohaib the CTO, were the main contacts throughout the process. They have a very good quality team including designers, editors, and marketers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After Launching our module and website, first, they were supportive and creative throughout the development phase after development they took marketing responsibility and increased our sales by 40%, and built good brand credibility.

Their Project Manager Sania S. was a very reasonable and professional member. She made it sure always that work delivered is delivered on time and quality work.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They had the best designers, and developers we never felt vague or something bad, that if we have chosen right ones or not. They made the best website and taught us everything on how it works.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When we launched the system there was a bug in the payment system, actually, we wanted a wallet system to integrate. They integrated but it was not working very well. We contacted their team to solve the issue and hurrah! they were supportive and they solved it within a day.
