I'm the owner of a B2C company called Protected Species. We sell waterproof clothing through our website. We design, manufacture, and market products.

We needed help with paid advertising and digital marketing through social media and Google Ads.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I initially provided some documentation to help them understand my brand, target consumer, and where I was headed in the industry. Digital Devil's Advocate then delivered on two levels. First, they’ve provided consultancy services from a digital marketing perspective. They work on our strategies and competitive profiling to help my business go forward. The second level is actually executing the paid digital strategy across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and Pinterest.

I'm working directly with Akshat (Founder), who provides both the consultancy and execution. 

How did you come to work with Digital Devil's Advocate?

I found them on Fiverr. They've got great reviews and highly satisfied customers on the platform, which is all I needed to see. 

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent £15,000 (approximately $21,000 USD) on the project. Digital Devil’s Advocate’s fee is only around £1,000 (approximately $1,000 USD), so most of it has gone to the paid advertising budget.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2021, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The project has been highly successful. Everything Digital Devil’s Advocate delivers is high in quality. Right from the start, the primary position I had them take on was consultancy. They’ve given me competitive research that effectively details the evidence-based results of the work they've done. It's a bit hard to communicate the metrics, but I'm satisfied. 

How did Digital Devil's Advocate perform from a project management standpoint?

They're fantastic. The team is incredibly organized, efficient, and up to date with all the different tools in digital marketing. In terms of deadlines, they’re without fault.  We use either Zoom or WhatsApp to communicate, and they’re always present in meetings. Digital Devil’s Advocate is a breath of fresh air.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They're really trustworthy, and they provide incredible value for money. The advice the team has given me is very strategic and unbiased. I've been in the game for quite a while, and Digital Devil's Advocate is the best vendor I've ever worked with. Overall, our partnership is very strong.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they could do better.

Digital Devils updated our website that over over 10 years old, made it more dynamic and responsive to the needs of our customers.

We responded to several website creators, and after interviewing all of them, we chose Digital Devil Avocate because they were extremely helpful, offering a lot of creative ideas at no charge. Their price was very fair as well.

Revamped the entire website, downloading pictures, helping to write copy and linked the website to other marketing websites.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I have seen tremendous growth in my business since re-vamping our website. Our new website is very colorful and dynamic and really holds your attention. It is extremely easy to navigate.

They were always available and all the work was done one on one. I would email them a list of what i wanted done, and the punch list was completed in 24 hours. Very responsive
