Ironfish is property investment services company. We have partnered with many thousands of Australians to help them build a brighter future through property investment. I am the National Marketing Manager at Ironfish.

We have engaged Digital Crew for the following services:

What were your goals for this project?

for SEO, we want to increase our website traffic. For paid ads, we want to generate leads.

After we selected Digital Crew, we had some discovery meetings to discuss our goals. From there, they developed a digital marketing strategy for both long term and short terms goals.

I've worked closely with their account manager. From time to time, their director also comes to the monthly meetings.

• Total Traffic from 2016 Jul to 2020 Dec = Growth is by 125%
• Total organic Traffic from 2016 Jul to 2020 Dec = Growth is by 176%
• Help to increase the overall conversion rate by 168%
• Reputation management = High scores on Google Maps and Product review websites
• Facebook Campaigns to generate leads for various campaigns.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The account manager provides us with regular updates. We have meetings every month and regular phone calls as needed.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I am impressed by their knowledge and expertise in the digital marketing place (both English and Chinese). Their director is always happy to discuss our goals and provides advice on how we can achieve a better result.
