I’m the CEO of a startup construction and contracting company. We’re based in New York, but we expect our clientele to be all over the US.

What challenge were you trying to address with Digit Web Studios?

We hired Digit Web to develop a custom website for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Since I specialized in construction and worked with my family, I didn’t have many ideas about websites and digital work. Luckily, Digit Web helped us out when we signed up with their team. They assisted us in determining the best package suitable for our needs. Then, their project management team walked us through how they were going to work on the project, showing us the designs and platform they’d use. 

Digit Web then assigned a project manager to me, and that manager guided me around using their services properly to boost my business. From there, they started building the website on WordPress. In general, the site needed to have an appointment-setting feature, a payment portal, and a scheduling function for our vendors. 

Their resources also worked on the backend of the website. We paid them extra for developing our CRM system. Once everything was complete, we needed hosting services. They guided us around how such services worked and told me what they thought was the best hosting platform. Our team searched for other hosting service options, but Digit Web’s pricing was good enough for us. As a result, we signed up for their hosting and maintenance services, too. 

At present, we’re thinking of using their team for our marketing efforts. They’ve shared tempting proposals, and their marketing team is ready to work with us. Meanwhile, the CRM they’ve developed isn’t currently active; by January 2022, however, it will be up and running. 

What is the team composition?

My main point of contact is the project manager, who works with me and the design team back and forth to easily finish tasks. When he’s not available, his associates reach out to me. Moreover, there’s a big team behind him that also works on the engagement.

How did you come to work with Digit Web Studios?

When I was searching for web design agencies for construction companies, we came across Digit Web’s website; their chat assistant was helpful to me. I then checked reviews about them, and they were impressive. The team also showed me their previous works. Ultimately, we decided to hire them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent less than $10,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our partnership started in October 2021, and we’re still working with them — we have a five-year contract.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The engagement has been successful, and the Digit Web team has done well. We’re 100% satisfied with them — they’ve exceeded our expectations. 

How did Digit Web Studios perform from a project management standpoint?

Digit Web’s project management is great. They give me options for everything. For instance, they’ve told me about everything I can get with each of their pricing tiers. They’ve also come up with good payment plans that depend on our budget. 

Moreover, our communication has also been great. We mainly use phone calls and emails. They can always schedule a call with me whenever I need anything. If I’m not available on the phone, they work with me via email. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Digit Web is a one-stop shop that has the best solutions for me with all types of pricing plans. They’re excellent and the best at their job.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They can hire more people to help them accommodate more work. Other than that, I don’t have any complaints — they’ve been great.
