Please describe your company and your position there.

I'am the owner of splitbit.io, We are a web application development company based out of hyderabad. We specialise in Augmented reality and web applications.

For what projects/services did your company hire Digismashers, and what were your goals?

We wanted our company website to be created and do the necessary marketing and SEO for the same. We found digismashers through reference from one of our friend. Our goal was to create main web site multipage one with a nice UI and do the SEO for it

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found digismashers through reference from one of our friend.We went through their past works and those looked innovative and had a fresh feel compared to the website service other companies provided. Their development team was very proactive during our initial conversations itself and it was the deciding factor for us.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had a kickoff meeting to know more about them and give them an insight about splitbit and what we wanted to be done. After the discussion they sent a proposal and after a few tweaks in requirements from our end, the contract was signed. They used HTML/CSS/Javascript for development as it allowed our team to contribute a bit in case of some customisation. They delivered the responsive website in a month, and the seo process started.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 2 members working for us,One was a web developer who was doing the coding and designing part and another was the SEO Expert who was taking care of content and key words.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to launch the website within our deadline, there hasn't been any issues till now in case of responsiveness or performance of the website. We are really happy with the work they have done

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Most of our communication happend via emails, They had a weekly update system where they demo their progress for the week and we could tell any changes if needed, this was a great process as we never went off track.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their work, commitment, and proactive support were the best thing about them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I dont think there are any areas that needs to be imporved, They are doing a good job as it is.
