DigiRocket Technologies created a user-friendly and highly functional website for me. They took care of all the technical issues I was unaware of that were hindering my website’s visibility. The team redesigned my website and implemented things to assist with the technical side and credibility. They got me set up with Google My Business and made a presence on many other sites to help my website gain credibility and visibility. They wrote blogs for my website and published them for me, along with many other things that assisted me in the decision-making process for my products and website. They also got me set up with optimal suppliers. They did much research and kept me informed with their findings.

DigiRocket Technologies reached out to me after coming across my newly launched Shopify website.

They are really thoughtful, polite, and they communicate really, really well. They are in a different country than me, and they are more than willing to accomodate for the time zone differences. Their timeline might not fit some people's vision, but they provided excellent reasons for the timeline they set, and I am more than convinced that they know what they are doing. They are professional through and through. They really take the time to make sure all my goals are met and I'm really happy with their services.

They were willing to give me some insight with some of the other projects they are doing with other clients; a backdoor view, if you will. I'm sure that, when hiring a company like this one the way I did, people have their reservations about stepping into the unknown.

You don't know, in the very beginning, if they are going to to the job that you hired them for, you're not sure about the quality they are going to provide (quality service or quality product), etc. The team at Digirocket Technologies have been more than willing to take the time needed to answer all my questions, and keep me updated on the project. I really couldn't be happier with them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something DigiRocket Technologies could have done differently?

I can't think of any. I'm glad they took the time that they did. I would much rather have a company who is thoughtful about what they do, and take the time necessary to do things right, than to have a company whose only goal is to crank out a product and hope for the best.
