I am working as a project Manager for AIC which is an upcomming college in Dubbo NSW

For what projects/services did your company hire DIGILYTICS, and what were your goals?

They have developed our website and our back end system with future marketing plan which will be implemented shortly

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They were recommended by one of my friedns from Sydney. After talking to them it felt really welcoming for us to do the business with them. Their consumer relationship was really appreciative. It never felt like we working with different agency they took us as their own and treat us that why which was the wining factor when we award the project to them

They have developed Our website Back end System for Teachers and Students Design all our creatives and Develop our future marketing plan which we are looking forward to do with them for sure

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I have worked with Mohammad and Ashik had a great experience with them. i believe Mohammad is the Director of Digilytics.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

So far everytthing looks great from our prespective. We have measured and checked everything which looks great. In terms of measurable outcome we had give them a big thanks as we got the project done within a short time frame and they have executed it quickly compared to others quotation which saves us around 5k in term of cost

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They were always proactive when it comes to communication no matter day or night whenever we knock them they were there for us to answer our quaries

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They take care the whole project as their own business and never deal with us as it not their responsibility. They made everything so smooth for us that we never had to revart back to them to fix anything. They were always there to fix it before we pointed it out.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We would get them onboard with us earlier if we would have known about them
