We are a small product startup in the risk analytics space. I'm on the founding team.

We hired Digiapt to build a minimum viable product.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals were to build out a rapid prototype of our analytics dashboard to showcase to initial customers to ascertain product market fit.

We went through multiple quotes and chemistry meetings before we identified Digiapt as the right vendor.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We have been able to showcase our products to early adopters with multiple opportunities in our pipeline.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The team was incredibly responsive and we had daily scrum meetings as part of a virtual stand-up call.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Ability to ideate an application framework on the back of a concept pitch, something that stood out was the ability to deal with ambiguity.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The team was focussed on the current work streams, would have been great if they had also pushed back on feature prioritisation which in hind-sight would have led to a manageable road-map. This is shared learning from our side too.
