What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The biggest success was moving from a prototype to a live, retail-ready system. Diggit Software Solutions' work allowed us to hit a 0.25mm precision for nail mapping and keep the service time under 45 minutes. This technical stability was a key factor in us securing 1,000 pre-orders.After launch, we kept a close eye on uptime and session success rates, especially how well the app handled the high-traffic environment at 10Beauty. Specifically, we tracked the accuracy of the 3D nail mapping, which stayed within our 0.25mm requirement, and the average service time, which consistently hit our 25–45-minute target. Seeing the software maintain stability as we scaled to several hundred sessions a week was the ultimate proof that Diggit Software Solutions built a retail-ready product.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The solution that Diggit Software Solutions put forward to us was reliable and functional. This was one of the major factors in system integration getting accelerated. Apart from that, we also noticed the vehicle's performance improving, the infotainment becoming smoother, and driver assistance features being more accurate. As a result, we were helped by these achievements in terms of both quality and time.More specifically, we saw great improvements in performance after the implementation of the software developed by Diggit Software Solutions. The response times of the vehicle system were faster by nearly 55%–60%, the accuracies of driver assistance features went up by approximately 65%–70%, and the number of software-related issues that were detected during testing and thus resolved were reduced by around 70%–75%. These enhancements led to the driving experience becoming not only more comfortable but also safer and more trustworthy.At the start of the project, we established clear performance and quality standards, in particular, system stability, response time, and driver assistance accuracy. Diggit Software Solutions was true to those objectives and even went beyond in a few areas.
