I'm the CEO of a social commerce platform that centralizes automotive buying, selling, and community engagement. We allow users to exchange goods, showcase custom vehicles, and connect with dealers and retailers in a single, user-friendly marketplace.

What challenge were you trying to address with Diggit Software Solutions?

We needed to create vehicle software that was dependable and of high quality. The software needed to support vehicle systems, make the vehicle more efficient, and offer the driver features of convenience and safety.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Diggit Software Solutions was our main software developer. They took care of the entire end-to-end software development for our automotive systems. Their work ranged from vehicle control software, infotainment solutions, telematics modules, driver assistance features, to diagnostic tools. They followed our technical instructions and quality standards while managing the project.Moreover, they had the obligation to carry the software through its whole life cycle. Besides design and development, it also involved rigorous testing to ensure that everything was operating efficiently and up to standard.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The solution that Diggit Software Solutions put forward to us was reliable and functional. This was one of the major factors in system integration getting accelerated. Apart from that, we also noticed the vehicle's performance improving, the infotainment becoming smoother, and driver assistance features being more accurate. As a result, we were helped by these achievements in terms of both quality and time.More specifically, we saw great improvements in performance after the implementation of the software developed by Diggit Software Solutions. The response times of the vehicle system were faster by nearly 55%–60%, the accuracies of driver assistance features went up by approximately 65%–70%, and the number of software-related issues that were detected during testing and thus resolved were reduced by around 70%–75%. These enhancements led to the driving experience becoming not only more comfortable but also safer and more trustworthy.At the start of the project, we established clear performance and quality standards, in particular, system stability, response time, and driver assistance accuracy. Diggit Software Solutions was true to those objectives and even went beyond in a few areas.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Providing more detailed documentation earlier in the process would have been helpful.
