Differential helped us design and launch our software from the very beginning. They started with wire framing and coding the base application and then helped us iterate on additional features and bug fixes for the first year. 

Some of the key deliverables included: 

• organizational chart display for a company and all it's departments 
• meeting tracker 
• KPI capture and display in a scoreboard across various intervals 
• Company Road Map (strategic plan) page - shared across teams 
• easy, one-click sign on set up for users with Google and Facebook auth 
• easy permissioning set up for admins and various user types 
• overall flexibility to allow us to launch quickly and continue to build and adjust the software as we go

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Differential was repeatedly successful in helping us bring our ideas to life in a timely and quality driven way. They were also very responsive to bugs, fixes and helping us fully resolve the challenges we faced as we went along.

The project was managed extremely well, especially under the guidance of Drew and Luke.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I think it was their unique combination of skill and quality with their service mindset. They care about their work and customers. It think that is an outward expression of the caliber of people working in their business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Differential could have done differently?

I think for any business with high technical expertise and acumen, the challenge is being proficient WHILE being able to simplify and communicate how the technical aspects of that job at-hand works. The only rubs we experienced would be when I (not technically adept in this field) did not understand the process, development standard, timelines for the size and scope of what we were asking for. They were extremely patient and willing to help me though!
