The design portion of this project required a lot of information gathering about our business and consumers. Margarita was exceptional and very fast and produced work immediately. She is a skilled designer and thinks about details, aestheically pleasing site.  We were involved in the step by step process with mock-ups and continued to include our needs and input. Margarita also brought an uncommon mix of strategic thinking, patience, and leadership, guiding both design direction and cross-team communication seamlessly.

In short, Dexxy operates more like a creative partner than an agency.  They think with you, not just for you.

Overall, Dexxy and Margarita exceeded expectations, but like any fast-moving build, there were moments where additional design-to-dev documentation could have saved a bit of back-and-forth between teams. Early on, a few complex backend-dependent features (like AI validation and data flows) required multiple clarification rounds before alignment.

That said, once we established a shared workflow between design, frontend, and backend, communication became extremely smooth. They were always receptive to feedback, quick to adjust, and proactive about preventing similar issues going forward.
