I am a communications manager at Libar Bicicletas, an import and sales shop specializing in bicycles.

What challenges were you trying to address with DEXCON CONSULTORES?

We hired them to help us create content for our social media channels and our sales force. They also provided consultations and suggestions to help us improve our processes and digital marketing strategy.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started off by sharing all information regarding our target market and sales. They then modified our company vision, values, and proposition so that we could establish a better approach to our clients. They also helped us become more active on social media, publishing more content and developing new strategies to improve our visibility.

What was the team composition?

We worked with two people from their side: a manager and an accountant.

How did you come to work with DEXCON CONSULTORES?

We were part of a program managed by the Bogota Chamber of Commerce, and we found DEXCON CONSULTORES through them. We also really liked their proposal, so we decided to start working with them on this project.

How much have you invested in them?

We were sponsored partially by the Chamber of Commerce, so we paid a very small fee of about $2 million Colombian pesos (approximately $530 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in November 2021, and we finished the project by April 2022.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We had five indicators to measure the success of the project; in terms of active clients, we started off with 28% and ended up with about 40%. In terms of sales, we started with 11% and finished with about 88%. As for client satisfaction, we had a success rate of 90% and ended up achieving a 100% rate.

How did DEXCON CONSULTORES perform from a project management standpoint?

We felt very comfortable working with them and were completely satisfied with their project management. They were very flexible in adapting to our schedules, showed great availability, and provided great results overall. We communicated with them through Google Meets, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They had great expertise and were able to bring it into our business culture, which made it very easy for us to work with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their communications methodology could be more clear; at the beginning of the project, we had some issues in terms of clarity.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Work with them. They were a great company to work with; they were organized, and they had great expertise and flexibility.

Im the person responsable for the integrated management system (IMS) and infraestructure. The company GRUPO VIDAWA develop a software enfocated in implementing integrated management systems in colombian enterprise.

Our company hire DEXCON CONSULTORES to support the implementation of the business continuity management system (BCMS).

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Through the government we contact DEXCON and select they becouse the cost and the approach given to the project

They made sure that the BCMS could integrate propertly to the IMS of the company, They went further and give some improvement options to implement and strongthen our management system

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We have contact only with the consultant but was enough for the implementation

They give us a complete continuity plan in accordance with the IMS, also give us some guides for our management review and for our indicators

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was very effective, we made a things to do list and we divide them, in order to advance more quickly

The capacity to evaluate all the company in order to give comment and improvements
