I’m the owner and CEO of iRefurbished, a telecommunications company. We sell expertly refurbished Apple devices, such as iPhones, iPads, and MacBooks. Our products are thoroughly tested, come with up to a two-year warranty, and offer significant savings compared to new products.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Devtide?

We needed Devtide to create a custom stock management system for our refurbished device management supply chain.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Devtide developed, tested, designed, deployed, and hosted a new custom software solution built with Symfony and PHP. The system included inventory tracking (location and source), sales tracking, price update tracking, and report exports.

We worked with 2–5 teammates from Devtide.

How did you come to work with Devtide?

We found them through a referral. We chose them over other options because they were close to our geographic location, offered good value for the cost, and had company values aligned with ours.

We spent around $20,000.

We worked together from December 2023–December 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Devtide’s work increased our stock rotation by around 150%, reduced our inventory management expenses by around 100% (thanks to the cancellation of previous software), and improved our reseller onboarding by around 70% compared to our baseline.

How did Devtide perform from a project management standpoint?

Devtide delivered on time and even overdelivered features. We communicated via virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The final product worked flawlessly. The team was very professional throughout the project, so we always felt in good hands.
