Overall, we’re very satisfied with the collaboration. The only area for improvement would be having a slightly faster response time on smaller, non-critical issues. While major tasks are always handled promptly, quicker attention to minor requests would make the workflow even smoother.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw improvements in speed and efficiency after implementing Devorno's changes. For example, we can now get analytics for the last years with just a few clicks. Before, it was a task that took several days. Order processing also improved. Previously, we spent around 2–3 man-hours on orders. Now, it takes 10 minutes to review what the automated system has done.

Moreover, our employees are satisfied because they need less time and paperwork. Customers can also send orders even during the night.

How did Devorno perform from a project management standpoint?

We only had a delay of a few days once. This happened because we asked them to do some changes in the logic. The rest of the phases were delivered on time. We communicated through online calls via Google Meet and Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Before starting the project, Devorno understood our business and found all the bottlenecks. Their management spoke in a normal language without technical words. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Every company should always be learning. From my point of view, Devorno got more experience after our project. I can only wish them luck.
