What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am a first time founder of a B2B SaaS web application, and was incredibly skeptical of using an online platform to find a developer I can trust. As a solopreneur funding the business - it was incredibly important that I did my due diligence to try and minimize my risks as I sought out someone to build the foundation of my business. After nearly 30 interviews of developers, luck would have it I stumbled upon Maks.

A true professional, Maks is a five star full stack engineer who possesses all of the qualities you would want in a technical partner. He is credible (read his reviews), highly talented (proficient at front end and back end code), ethical (which I highly value in this day and age), transparent and works with speed and urgency. Any bug we came across, Maks was quick to troubleshoot and address.

From a technical standpoint, I often looked to him to advise on certain features and UX to ensure success of the final product given his deep, extensive background. I've heard horror stories of seeking out developers who were not true to their resume or expressed skill level - and you won't get that here.

Together, Maks and I completed a very sleek, modern, user friendly, well thought out product and design that exceeded even my highest expectations. For as long as I'm on Upwork - my full stack engineering needs will go this gentleman. "I highly recommend his services" does not do justice with how happy and satisfied I have been in our professional partnership. I can only sing endless praises about his talent, professionalism, and speed.

In the future - as my company and needs scale, I will need to implement a more structured project management framework. Will look to DevMaxUp for recommendations and guidance on their traditional process when the time is appropriate.
