We need to deliver a new solution for CRM system to deliver a new seamless customer service in bank branches and incorporate it with a new unified front end application standard based on Web and Angular.js technology.

We cooperate with Deviniti since 2007, foundation of the company. Deviniti take over the maintenance of former version of application and successfully renovate it making application more stable and powerful. The long cooperation, success story in previous version and proven technology track let us choose Deviniti.

Deviniti delivered IT team organized in a Scrum team with PM and analyst/architect. The team worked in Agile mode delivering functional increments of the application and maintenance fixes to the acceptance of Product Owner from the Bank. Delivery was divided into several MVP's and priority were set by the Bank. Team used Angular.js technology and framework delivered by the Bank

There were up 10 people with working as an architect, analyst, Angular dev, backend dev and testers

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The new application with its new design improve interoperability and seamless context switching between CRM application and other apps working in unified FE environment. This capability of the system improves customer service by a branch advisor

We use JIRA, email and some chat application to streamline the communication. The communication flow were also supported by the Agile method (scrum) that we had chosen for the project

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was amazed at their readiness to adjust to requirements. Their business acumen and creativity in searching for an appropriate balance between value and cost impressed us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They trapped in some underperformance of the team in some period of project. Due to lower understanding of the Bank architecture and process. The reaction to support the team with senior developers with longer cooperation with the Bank helped to overcome this issue.

Our goal was to apply AI solutions to automate and optimise the process of categorising complaints in order to prioritise them accordingly and apply the right servicing process.

Deviniti was recommended as a provider to deliver AI solutions and that can quickly help us to deliver the solution into production.

We have prepared a solution internally, but we lost our expert in the middle of the project. Deviniti helped as a lot in simplifying the solution to respond to our direct needs and deliver it smothly to test and then to production. They helped as a lot also to acquire knowledge on AI solutions in this area.

We felt very secured with Deviniti's support and availability. Sebastian helped as a lot in tracking our progress in testing and deployment, addressing our needs very quickly.

With Kasia, we had a very good contact. She was present and helpful during the whole process. Plus, she was flexible enough to secure the best interest of both parties.

I think it is about the openness and very suportive approach. Noone pushed for any ready-made solutions. It was more a joint discussion and agreeing toghether the best approach to proceed.

In view of the increase in the volume of paper correspondence submitted by public administrations, we decided to optimize the processing of correspondence. 

We wanted to increase the efficiency of the administrative section and automatically obtain data from the letters, which was achieved.

XPLUS uses the services of Deviniti in the area of training, consulting, configuration and implementation of solutions based on the JIRA platform, as well as providing Jira Software Cloud, Jira Service Management Cloud and Confluence Cloud licenses. From the beginning of our cooperation, Deviniti has been flexible, adapting its services to our changing needs and dynamic market conditions. 

Deep technical knowledge in the area of JIRA solutions and an individual approach to our needs allowed us to effectively and timely implement a support service management system using the best practices in this area. I am the Product Owner at a company based in Lublin. ClubsMania is a real-time updated application that will allow the users to search for the entertainment venues best suited to their needs. In addition to entertainment venues, users will find an event finder in the app to keep them up to date on what's happening in their area. 

The app's flagship feature is the call2dj function, which will give users the opportunity to bid on their favorite song with a DJ. I am the Product Owner for this project and I am responsible for coordinating all activities in the company

After selecting this supplier, we held a series of meetings to discuss our objectives and tasks. Within the first two weeks, we received mockups and preliminary designs. We then provided feedback on how we wanted the application to look. Deviniti presented a concept which we accepted.

We are currently in the process of deployment, testing, and gathering feedback on the application from "family and friends". We can't wait to launch the application on the market.

The project manager Ewelina with whom we had the opportunity to work was really experienced in what she does, communication with her was easy and quick, and she provided us with regular updates. We communicated via phone and used Slack for all other communication. Overall, I am impressed with the efficiency of the team and the project manager herself.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was blown away by the knowledge this company had about web design, UX, and optimization. We learned much more than we expected, and they provided us with professional consultancy throughout the entire project cycle. I will certainly hire them again for any mobile application needs in the future.

We are very satisfied with their work at every stage. Quality is more important than speed, and in the end, we received a beautiful product that meets our expectations.
