They maintained excellent communication while handling complex technical challenges, explaining options clearly and implementing solutions efficiently. When issues arose, they provided detailed context and multiple solution paths rather than just quick fixes.

Most impressively, they showed real dedication to product quality - proactively identifying potential issues, thoroughly testing implementations, and ensuring smooth deployment even during holidays and time zone differences.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Devfum could have done differently?

Initially, there was some back-and-forth about hosting solutions (switching from GPU server to other providers), which could have been streamlined with earlier infrastructure planning. However, this was a minor issue and also part due to the rapid development of AI models that was resolved efficiently and didn't impact the project timeline significantly.
