Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Dev Technolabs developed an iOS and Android application for our sales team. When we first met, their staff listened to our thoughts before making comments. Once we had decided on a solution, I submitted all of the information before their team began all of the design and development.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are still in the test phase. Our teams meet to discuss concerns and areas for improvement. Because we are not specialists by any means, they also provide feedback on what could be improved. Everyone is enthused about the app. I introduced the proposal at a sales meeting in January. 
I told everyone what we were working on and what designs we had. All of our salespeople are satisfied with it. I also showed it to our vendor partners, who inquired about the progress and the individuals we hired. Many of them wish to do something similar for their teams. This morning, someone wrote me and asked for a few of screenshots to share with his team.

Their team was amazing at responding to me. I could send them a message right now, and they would react within seconds. For project management, we use Slack, email communication, and, on occasion, Basecamp.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I have nothing but positive things to say about Dev Technolabs. I value their responsiveness the most. If I have a problem while testing, they promptly respond. If I need to add anything, they're on it. Even if we throw a curve ball.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Dev TechnoLabs could have done differently?

No, they've done everything perfectly. There are no complaints.
