We hired Dev Monsters to develop an app e-commerce product. Dev Monsters conducted product research, which included competitor analysis, target audience analysis and qualitative interviews. Later, based on the research data, they made a feature list for developing an MVP. Dev Monsters suggested using Flutter technology for the app development so that we could reduce the costs of the codebase. 

As a result, we got a cross-platform mobile application which is just as effective as native applications in terms of its performance and speed, but at the same time is much easier to maintain. We are super happy with the end result and will definitely be coming back to work with the team of Dev Monsters on our future projects.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Measurable project outcomes included their thorough research of our target audience’s needs as well as the demand for this product, them coming up with a comprehensive feature list, a quick MVP launch (4 months only!), the application performance, and positive user reviews.

We’ve been working together since January 2023. I am completely satisfied with our collaboration with the team as well as the personal PM. The work was always completed on time, we were also pleased with the way they built efficient communication, and maintained transparency in reporting.

Having working with several companies in this field, I have to say that Dev Monsters are real experts in product development and surely know what they’re doing. They are guided by the client's business goals and offer the most effective commercial solutions. They provided well-reasoned solutions backed by results. I especially appreciated their high-quality and fast development process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Dev Monsters could have done differently?

Honestly, there’s nothing I would have changed in our collaboration. It was perfect!
