Every engagement starts as a consultation, not a sales pitch. We map your goals, recommend the best route forward (sometimes that's a leaner scope than you expected), then move through design, development sprints with regular demos, QA, and App Store launch. You see working progress throughout. No six-month silences.

We use modern AI tooling to move faster and keep budgets efficient, but every design decision and line of code has an accountable human behind it. AI accelerates our team. It doesn't replace the judgment, testing, and craftsmanship you're paying for.

We deliberately cap active development projects at 7 to 10 at any given time. Custom app and web builds need senior attention not a rotating cast of whoever's free. So each project gets a dedicated project manager and a consistent core team from kickoff to launch. Smaller engagements like branding, SEO, and marketing retainers run on a separate track with their own team, so they never pull focus from a build. If we're at capacity when you reach out, we'll tell you honestly and give you a real start date instead of taking your deposit and making you wait in silence.

Every project gets a dedicated project manager who is your single point of contact from kickoff to launch. You'll never have to chase down "whoever's handling it this week." Our standard rhythm is a weekly progress call with a working demo, plus a shared channel (Text / email / Teamwork) where you can reach us anytime and expect a reply within one business day, usually much faster. You'll always know three things: what we did this week, what's happening next week, and whether anything threatens the timeline or budget. If something goes wrong, you hear it from us first early and directly not at the deadline. We're Duluth, GA and work in the Eastern Timezone, so calls happen during your business hours, not at midnight.

You do, completely. On final payment you receive full source code, design files, accounts, and documentation, with IP formally transferred in the contract. No licensing tricks, no hostage code, no lock-in. Many clients stay with us for maintenance because they want to, and that only works if leaving is genuinely easy.
