The ability to have multipe times throught out a day/week that meetings can be scheduled.   In a smaller company we can pivot and sometimes need to discuss items.

The project had three components:

1. Design & build our website in 30 days. They delivered a new website in under a month with a reusable design pattern.
2. Redesign our platform in Figma and deliver a design file for use in our developmment.
3. Design logos & assets for various marketing channels.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Deliver a website in 30 days. Completed on time.
• Deliver Figma file of reskin of our platform. Delivered in 2 months.

Interactions with the team were asynchronous, which worked well for us. They tracked all of their work and deliverables in Notion and communicated regularly via Slack and through video recordings with Loom. They were highly flexible and collaborative and their deliverables exceeded our expectations.

The quality of design talent and the resumes of the designers is superb. Their asynchronous work kept the project moving forward and - for a busy founder - time spent out of meetings was valuable.
