This was my first real website development project, I didn't really know what to expect.  I would have liked to be more involved with the process, but I do understand the geograpic and budget constrictions caused me to leave some of the creative decisions to the designers.

The goal was to make a learning management course software onto my website as a page and have it be easy to use and manage on my own. I also asked for a private policy and Customer service page and they even went beyond my wildest expectations and tight deadline. 

The owner Ali was always available to quell my fears and worries and came through every time I found a glitch. I am continuing my journey with my company now to create a whiteboard to do children's worksheets on hand held devices. I am excited to continue this journey with this company. I can see working with them for a very long time.

I am able to upload my courses onto my website so they are live immediately. The page is beautiful and I love the subscription based service they implemented for me that I can change and tailor as my company grows.

I worked closely from week to week on each aspect of the project and met with Ali. Our correspondence was also through text if I had a quick note I wanted him to know. His team responded within a day or two to fix or change something I thought would be better. It was delivered on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The owner was uniquely paired with me in that we have a beautiful rapport. He is kind, personal and professional and I find this to be one of the main reasons why I will continue. I believe not only price was important but building a sound relationship with a company I trust and look forward to working with and learning from.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Designs 365 could have done differently?

Not really because every suggestion I have made was listened to and implemented. At times Ali went above and beyond to help me so I could do something on my own for my company that was free kind advice.

Our coaching business is a sister company to our recruitment services. We used Designs 365 to create our logo and new website.

We interviewed a couple of potential vendors; it was Ali's (owner) personality that ultimately made us chose Designs 365. He listened to what we wanted, and added his own suggestions.

We held a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and initial thoughts. I put together a visual template of how I wanted the website to look. Designs 365 would send updates, after which Ali and I would connect either via email, text, or virtual meeting.

This process continued until the website was ready. The final step was a full training session with Ali where he showed me how to edit the website with new content.

My sole contact was the owner, Ali. He included a team member in our kick-off meeting that was assigned to our project; but, all communication was directly with Ali.

In the coaching business, your website is more about verifying the coach than it is about driving business. So, my goals were an attractive logo and website. The feedback to date has been great.

Ideal, is the word I would choose. The professionalism, responsiveness, patience with me, and overall rapport was ideal. We communicated via text, email, and virtually (Zoom).

Ali's personality. From kick-off meeting to present day, he's been exceptional to work with.

None in my opinion. Even when an error occurred, it was managed promptly and professionally.

Designs 365 created my website and set up the domain for me. There were a few times when the designs weren’t what I expected, so they let me design my own logo. We chose the one that best fits the website.

Once the website is up and running, I will talk to their team about helping me market my product.

I posted on Facebook that I was looking for a web designer, and I wanted a ballpark figure on how much it was going to cost me. One of the project managers from Designs 365 was tagged in the post, and he reached out to me. Out of all the other ones, he seemed more courteous, so I decided to go with him.

I spent $400 on this project.

I worked with them on this project in November 2022.

They were really helpful and informative about the scams that were out there and what to look out for.

They were affordable, and their project manager was really patient with me.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I really liked their project manager — he was very courteous, kind, and understanding, especially about my life as a struggling artist. Other people would have been frustrated, but he stuck it out.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The meeting we had about maintaining the website was a little short. I realized it was late at night, and we were both worn out, but I just wished that it was a little bit longer. It would also be good to have a video of our meeting so that I can go back and take a look at it.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend working with Designs 365, especially with their project manager.

Little did he know that he was signing up for Mission Impossible! Johnwas recommended to me on Facebook and we both took a chance on each other but I’m pretty sure I got the better end of the deal. I had never created a web site before although I failed at WordPress a time or two so the will was there but without any of the knowledge, terminology, insight and tech skills to get it done.

I finally decided I needed to hire a professional. Fate gave me the most patient, composed, tolerant, understanding, and competent vendor I could ever hope for. He and his team worked tirelessly to build my ever-evolving web site into what I saw in my dreams, and I couldn’t be happier. My only wish for them is that they never run into someone like me again!

I had a specific concept that I wanted brought to life. It evolved more and more as we progressed. I will be hiring him in the future to activate an online store once I retire from my federal court job.

My web site is up and running. More importantly, I actually know how to post on it and work with it. I'll be creating and mailing out newsletters to my contact list, which I didn't initially anticipate doing but John taught me as we went along.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was mostly one-on-one, and since I have a day job, I didn't stick to contacting him only during business hours. I pretty much emailed or texted him whenever I had a question. He's usually very responsive and took time to answer the million questions I had.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I preferred the one-on-one contact; I didn't want to work with a whole team of people and have to explain my vision to everyone. I had some communication difficulties of my own that John persevered through. Frankly, I was surprised I wasn't fired!!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I had no idea that getting all this done took two months, so I would have liked to have known that up front. I thought I was going to be up and running in a week or less. That's how little I knew about this whole process and thanks to John, I'm much more knowledgeable and tech savvy than ever.
