Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a co-founder of Certily, A startup to offer digital skills bootcamps in Qatar and MENA region.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Exclusiiive®️, and what were your goals?

We are the first to offer such bootcamps in Qatar, and very few player in the Middle East, but there are a lots plays in the same domain in West. So, we wanted build a our brands which can meet global standards at the same time, it should be digital-first branding approach to attract new admission globally. We met EXCLUSIIIVE team at one of the startup meetups, after discussion, we felt that they are right partner for us.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We selected them that they were really understand our domains and few their team members had went through coding bootcamps, So they were understood what we really wanted achieved, at the same time, they given new prospects to ideas we never thought of.

In the initial stage they had a meeting with me and my other two partners. Our Project had four different stages.

• Stage 1 : Research
• Stage 2: Naming
• Stage 3: Logo and Identity design
• Stage 4: Website design & development

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have not yet launch our new product, waiting to launch after FIFA - But we raised funds right after the project completion, we had direct marketing campaign in Qatar University, Qatar Foundation and Some other leading private school, We collected around 110+ prospect students who are interested to take a admission after Jan 2023.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had monthly two meeting, most of the communication were in Slack and WhatsApp. We enjoyed their minimalist process and meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very straight forward process, This team is well known in the startup community.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

If they can worked with lower budget, It could help us or some other stage stage startup
