Are there any areas for improvement or something Designjot could have done differently?

While we were overall very satisfied with DesignJot’s work, one area for improvement could be more proactive communication during the early stages of the project. Although they were responsive when we reached out, a bit more guidance upfront on the design process and expectations could have helped us better align from the start.

Additionally, having more user testing scenarios earlier in the design phase might have provided even more insights to refine the design before development. That said, these are minor points in what was otherwise a very successful collaboration.
