A large part of the engagement focused on designing AI led experiences that feel approachable and useful for UPSC aspirants across different user segments, especially learners from tier 2 and tier 3 cities where usability and clarity become even more important. 

They also helped shape habit building product flows around daily study planning, answer writing, revision cycles, progress tracking, and motivation loops. Gamification was thoughtfully introduced across certain journeys to make consistency feel rewarding without distracting from the seriousness of exam preparation.

On the design side, Designday created a scalable design system for AI experience with reusable components, interaction patterns, and clear UI guidelines that now support faster product development across teams.

To begin the project, Designcapital hosted a workshop where we demonstrated the user interface of the current console.  They were able to comprehend the platform and the issues that needed to be fixed thanks to that method.  We conducted another class to go over our four consumer personas after they produced some slides that illustrated their key points.  Designcapital responded by producing wireframes and mock-ups of their desired modifications.

Our internal staff is committed to the redesign, even if we haven't yet implemented all of Designcapital's deliverables.  The integration procedure will now take several quarters as they go through several mock-ups.  Nonetheless, the initial set of modifications will drastically lower the quantity of our most frequent support tickets.  The interface will mostly fix problems with updating billing addresses and credit card difficulties.

Throughout the project, we communicated with them via Slack.  Whenever they had queries or design problems that needed to be fixed, they would message me immediately.  Initially, they sent wireframes once a week, but as the project progressed, that frequency rose to twice a week.  Additionally, they record, upload, and document meeting content using Basecamp.  Although their team set a challenging schedule, they managed the project well and achieved more than I had anticipated.

In order to ensure that we were capturing the correct language and intent of the product suite, we conducted a lot of research together before moving on to the UI/UX work. Using InVision and Zeplin, they have been working all year to deliver screens that integrate the various parts of the suite correctly; once it is finished, each component will have a different user focus and profile. Their work is crucial in creating a clean, efficient, manageable design for users.

Even in the pre-release phase, our internal and external feedback has been far better than expected, and they've been able to significantly reduce our burden and positively benefit the company. We're meaningfully impacted by the amount of time they saved us on the development end.
