What challenge were you trying to address with Design ME Marketing?

We hired Design ME Marketing to create a welcoming website visible on search engines.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We didn’t initially know exactly what we wanted, so Design ME Marketing guided us. We had several meetings around our website’s design goals and target market. Although we were a local church, we had aspirations of reaching people all over the country and the world. 

So far, the website is live, and the Design ME Marketing team is working on its SEO components. It’s been built using WordPress. The team also runs ads for us and has advised us on implementing a content strategy to expand our reach.

We’ve worked with around five teammates from Design ME Marketing across various departments, including John (Owner) and Chris (Project Manager). 

How much have you invested with them?

Our investment has been around $10,000–$25,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The partnership started in May 2018, and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We now have a reach that goes far beyond our town. People worldwide interact with us, and Design ME Marketing has helped us achieve that. Moreover, our website has gained tens of thousands of hits per month because of the content strategy. Design ME Marketing has raised our domain authority, so our posts rank quickly. Overall, they’ve done everything they say they’re going to do, even overdelivering in some areas.

How did Design ME Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

I’ve talked to many other companies, and Design ME Marketing isn’t only the most knowledgeable but also the most reasonably priced. We’re a nonprofit, and they’re open to meeting our needs without trying to sell us more than we need. They’re also on time — there have been many times when they’ve exceeded our expectations.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

John and Chris have been helpful and attentive to our needs. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

One thing that has impressed me about them is their communication with one another. Though our campaigns are somewhat separate, everybody I talk to is updated on our goals and everything else. Overall, their internal communication has been great. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Get on a call with Design ME Marketing and share your goals. Be as upfront about your goals as possible. Even if you don’t know your goals, the team is great at researching others in your market who are doing well — they’ll help you replicate that. In other words, be open to their ideas, and they’ll take it from there.
