The project was focused on creating a simple-to-use and flexible online store connected with several marketplaces. One of the key requirements was the ability to quickly upload inventory and decide which products should be connected to specific marketplace channels.

The project also included a highly customizable backend tailored to our operational needs. This required custom plugin development on DEPCORE’s side, so the store could support our specific sales and inventory processes instead of relying only on standard e-commerce features.

The website layout was expected to follow our brand guidelines and create a consistent visual experience for customers.

Another important goal was to build a store capable of handling larger sales volumes while automating key parts of the selling process, making day-to-day operations more seamless. With the opening of our local physical store, the online store also needed to include a central

warehouse section, helping us manage inventory between online sales, marketplaces, and local store operations.

DEPCORE was responsible not only for the visual and technical implementation, but also for translating our business requirements into practical e-commerce features.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project helped us grow from a new online store into one of the more recognized and appreciated sellers on the marketplaces we used. In the first years, our year-over-year growth reached several dozen percent, and the business later stabilized at a revenue level of several hundred thousand PLN. The platform gave us a strong technical foundation for managing online sales, marketplace operations, and warehouse processes more efficiently.

What impressed us most was their ability to understand our business needs and turn them into practical, tailored e-commerce features. DEPCORE did not just deliver a standard online store. They created a flexible system that supported marketplace sales, inventory management, and our day-to-day operations. Their custom plug-in development skills and problem-solving approach were especially valuable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something DEPCORE could have done differently?

There were no major areas for improvement from our side. The project was delivered on time, communication was smooth, and DEPCORE responded well to our needs throughout the process.

If anything, in a highly customized e-commerce project like this, some technical decisions and custom features naturally required additional discussion and clarification along the way. However, DEPCORE handled this well and helped us find practical solutions.

We really enjoyed the approach in minimalist design which is hard to pull of. DEPCORE was very responsive to our needs and patient when explaining solutions using non-technical jargon.

Our company needed a new webiste as the old one was getting outdated. The design was old and didn't resonate with our current market position. The're where problems with scattered languages accros multiple domain names.

The main deliverables where a new look, optimised loading time and wordpress content editor as the backend.

The final project increasted our client connections about oveer 20%. The loading times and beter SEO structure for the website allowed us to boost our ratings in search results.

The're are always areas to improve but we work with them on regular basis developing the project furher as no delbraking mistakes were made.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

DEPCORE’s work gave us a significantly more professional and structured online presence. Our technical offer was divided into clear sections, making it easier for users to understand what we do and which solutions are relevant to their needs. A key result was improved content management. Instead of relying on a rigid or outdated structure, we now have a website that allows us to present products, company information, and specialist capabilities in a clearer way. The website has also become a better sales communication and credibility tool. It is now easier to share with potential partners, international clients, and institutions as a professional reference for our experience and engineering capabilities. We track website traffic, and since the new website launch, we have observed a clear increase in visits. The growth in traffic shows that the website is easier to find, easier to navigate, and more useful for people looking for information about our specialist products and technical capabilities. It also supports our communication with clients, partners, and institutions by giving them a more professional and structured reference point. We see this as a positive indicator that the project improved both our online visibility and the way our company is presented to the market.
