The key scope was to rebuild the software application powering our front-end technology. That effort included such features as robust account profiles with account management, management of multiple podcast shows on a single user account, checkout and billing enhancements, user dashboard improvements, core podcast analytics, and more.

The application came online on time, at budget, and with high quality (a resonable and controllable about of QA items were discovered and resolved during the pre-launch testing process). The application performed as envisioned and was immediately stable.
